At FunLearnSheet, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which you may cancel your order and how we process cancellations.

1. Digital Products (Downloadable Learning Sheets)

Due to the nature of our digital products, cancellations for orders of digital learning sheets are only possible before the download has been initiated. Once a download link has been accessed or the files have been downloaded, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel your order before downloading the product, please contact us at support@funlearnsheet.com with your order number as soon as possible.

2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If we offer physical products (such as printed materials or books), you may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

To cancel a physical product order:

• Contact us at support@funlearnsheet.com with your order number and cancellation request.
• If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method.

If the order has already been shipped, our Refund and Returns Policy will apply, and you will need to initiate a return after receiving the item.

3. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

If FunLearnSheet offers subscription-based services or recurring product deliveries:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
• Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

To cancel a subscription, please log into your account on FunLearnSheet or contact us at support@funlearnsheet.com with your subscription details.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

For eligible cancellations:

• If your order has been canceled before download (for digital products) or before shipping (for physical products), we will process a refund.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request has been approved.
