Refund and Returns Policy

At FunLearnSheet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with our products or services, we are here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for our digital and physical products.
1. Digital Products (Downloadable Learning Sheets)
All digital products (such as downloadable learning sheet bundles) are non-refundable once the download is completed. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for files that have already been downloaded.
However, we will provide a refund or exchange if:
- You are unable to download the product due to technical difficulties.
- The product you received is significantly different from the description or is defective.
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us at support@funlearnsheet.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
2. Physical Products (If Applicable)
If we offer physical products (such as printed materials or books), we will accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must request a return within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return:
- Please email us at support@funlearnsheet.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once we approve your return request, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
Refunds for Physical Products:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Order Cancellations
Digital Products:
- Orders for digital products can only be canceled if the files have not yet been downloaded. Once a download is initiated, the sale is final.
Physical Products:
- You may cancel an order for physical products if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@funlearnsheet.com to request a cancellation.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your bank account or payment method for any pending transactions.
- Then, contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@funlearnsheet.com, and we’ll assist you further.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at support@funlearnsheet.com with proof of the defect, and we will arrange an exchange or an alternative solution.
